Thanks for sharing. I also have great memories of GNR back in the day.. I remember so clearly skipping school to pickup the new Use Your Illusion CD's at Musicworld. Rocking out all the way home in the car with the cd playing through a first generation portable cd player and a tape converter for the car. It sounded so good on those Ford Tempo speakers.. ;) I'm one of those people that will always have a soft spot for Axl.. He could beat the shit out of his own band in front of my eyes, and I would always forgive him. I guess I was just so inspired and influenced by his music and the magic of the moment. When Chinese Democracy comes out, I'll be reliving a very fond memory of mine.. I'll be skipping whatever I am doing that day, and I am going to buy this and blast it in the car. Axl Played in Ottawa here in 2006.. And He didn't come on stage till 12am!!! I heard he paid a bylaw fine for noise of about 1000$ every hour... I don't know if thats true.. But I MISSED THIS show.. I am such an idiot.. I won't be missing the next one.. Please Axl.. Come to Ottawa again.! Anyhow, Thanks for this site.. And rock on to the release date! Amazing.. Thanks for sharing.
